Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U)
AACU goal is to make liberal learning a powerful influence on institutional purpose and educational practice in higher education.

Tomorrow’s Professor
Tomorrow’s Professor is a Mailing List aimed to share diverse and world-wide teaching and learning topics among its 25,000+ subscribers.  This initiative is sponsored by the Stanford Center for Teaching and Learning.

Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching
The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching’s mission is "to do and perform all things necessary to encourage, uphold, and dignify the profession of the teacher and the cause of higher education.”

National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA)
NASPA is the leading organization for student affairs administration, policy and practice and supports student affairs in educating the whole student, integrating student life and learning. NASPA provides professional development and advocacy for student affairs educators and administrators.

Science Education for New Civic Engagement and Responsibilities (SENCER)
SENCER engages students in learning science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) courses and connects them to their other studies. STEM aims to strengthen the students’ understanding of science and of their responsibility and citizens.

Project Kaleidoscope (PKAL)
PKAL envisions an environment in which all American undergraduates have access to positive learning experiences in the STEM disciplines that may retain students in these fields as career choices. PKAL focuses on practices and policies that affect the quality and character of the learning of undergraduates.

National Center for Academic Transformation (NCAT)
NCAT is an independent, not-profit organization that supports the use of information technology to redesign learning environments in order to improve learning outcomes for students and to reduce costs to the institutions.

Association for General and Liberal Studies (AGLS)
AGLS is committed to improving general and liberal education at two-year and four-year institutions.  AGLS tracks changes in general education and liberal studies, and sponsors professional activities that promote success in teaching, curricular innovation, and effective learning. 

American Association of University Professors (AAUP)
AAUP fosters academic freedom and shared governance to define fundamental professional values and standards for higher education, and to ensure higher education's contribution to the common good.

American Council of Education (ACE)
ACE coordinates all of the nation's higher education institutions, providing leadership on key higher education issues and influencing public policy through advocacy, research, and program initiatives. ACE seeks to help colleges and universities anticipate and address the challenges of the 21st century.

American Association of Community Colleges (AACC)
AACC’s mission it to build a Nation of Learners by Advancing America's Community Colleges.

American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU)
AASCU promotes appreciation for public higher education, analyzes public policies and advocates for member institutions and their students.  AASCU mandate is to support the strengthening of academic quality, to promote access and inclusion, and to facilitate educational innovation. Finally AASCU fosters professional development opportunities for institutional leaders.

American College Personnel Association (ACPA)
ACPA promotes college student learning through the generation and dissemination of knowledge. ACPA educates student affairs professionals and the higher education community about policies, practices and programs that engage students for a lifetime of learning and discovery.
