Programs & Support: New Faculty Orientation

Additionally, before the start of the fall semester we offer a pre-term workshop for faculty who are new to Mason.  The workshop, “Teaching at Mason: Strategies for Success,” is designed to help you learn more about Mason students, syllabus and course design, ensuring a smooth first day of class, strategies for facilitating students’ learning, classroom management, strategies for effective grading, and more.
